Terms of use
Last updated 1 July 2026
These terms govern your use of OnePot (“the platform”) at onepot.org.uk. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
2. Creator content
You retain ownership of the bundles, reviews, and other content you publish. By publishing, you grant OnePot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You agree not to publish content that:
- is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property;
- misrepresents products or fabricates reviews;
- promotes illegal, unsafe, or age-restricted goods in breach of applicable law;
- contains malware or attempts to compromise the platform or its users.
3. Affiliate links
Product links on the platform may be affiliate links that earn a commission for OnePot or the bundle's creator. Creators who connect their own affiliate accounts are responsible for complying with the relevant network's terms (including the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement) and for making all disclosures required by the FTC, the UK ASA CAP Code, and other applicable rules. See our Affiliate disclosure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping at scale, circumventing access controls, generating fraudulent clicks or traffic, or interfering with its normal operation.
5. Third-party retailers
Purchases you make are transactions between you and the third-party retailer. OnePot is not the seller, does not fulfil orders, and is not responsible for the products, prices, availability, or the retailer's terms. Prices and availability shown may be out of date.
6. Content moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, at our discretion. We aim to act proportionately and, where practical, to let you know why.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePot is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on creator-published recommendations or third-party retailers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
